Coaching can make profound differences to the individual and their organisation :- research consistently shows that the return on investment in terms of improved performance and staff retention is at least 5:1. Coaching develops skills in self-directed learning, effective goal-setting and enhanced performance: clear benefits for the organisation. Individuals who have received coaching refer to enhanced self-confidence, peacefulness and clarity.

Our coaches, Paul and Susy, work to the Code of Practice of the Association for Coaching .

While coaching can be used to boost performance that does not meet required standards, it is most powerful when used to develop performance in those who are already achieving.

We have found that learning is accompanied by enjoyment, a renewed sense of curiosity and creativity, and enhanced interpersonal relationships.

Coaching contracts are typically for periods of 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on the type of project the team or individual are undertaking.
